Mr. Kmit started EK Associates, Inc. in March, 2001, representing companies in the automotive, consumer and industrial sectors for principals in Canada, the US, Mexico and various Asian countries. EK Associates, Inc. has generated over $300 million in sales over the last 16 years with booked sales for the next 5 years in excess of $100 million. Edward holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and was employed by the Robert Bosch Corporation as a Program Manager and Sales Engineer prior to starting his company.

Prior to joining the EK Associates team, Mr. Islas had 15 years of experience as a Program Manager in the automotive and transportation industries for companies such as Valeo, Robert Bosch, GE and Cummins; launching programs for global companies in Mexico, the US and Europe. His main focus has been in engine assembly, painting, coatings, thermodynamics, machining and production line transfers. Mr. Islas executed the installation of a new wiper system facility in San Luis Potosi, Mexico for the Robert Bosch Corporation while simultaneously supporting the founding of a painting facility for one of Bosch’s suppliers. Francisco has successfully introduced new customers in a wide range of industries during the last 12 years of service to EK Associates and its principals in the Mexico territory.

Mr. Perez holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has over 17 years of experience with Tier 1 companies including ArvinMeritor and Dana. His experience spans the areas of international supplier development, program management, procurement, and quality for products including stamping, injection molding, machining, harnesses, gears, and assembly products. During the last 10 years, Juan Jose has been a successful Account Executive for three EK Associates principals covering the Mexico territory.

Since graduating with a Business Management degree from Ferris State University in 1992, Mr. Marshall has been selling automotive and transportation-related products. He has been involved in all aspects of product development, quality, program management, and engineering providing valuable support to principals on products such as machining, blow molding, injection molding, extrusions, stampings, weldmounts, aluminum castings, and aluminum wheels with total revenues exceeding $100 million.

Mr. Ryan is an experienced Account Executive with over 20 years of sales and business development services in the manufacturing industry. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and focused on the Southern territory Mark's service first attitude is refreshing in todays business world. Passionate about building relationships and driving growth, he excels in creating customized solutions to meet client needs.
